Terms for this site and this offer.

The delivery rules have their own page at full size. What is written here is what binds an order once one exists.

Who you are dealing with

The services described here are offered by Webtraffic USA Inc — an order is agreed with that company, in writing, and the address below is the one it works from.

What this site is

Pages describing traffic delivery services offered by WebTraffic USA, and a form for requesting a test. The site itself sells nothing and takes no payment.

The pages are information, not a contract

Volumes, formats and models here describe what can be ordered. A binding order exists only once terms for a specific campaign — geo, niche, model, volume, price — are agreed in writing between you and us.

What the offer commits to

  • The ordered volume is delivered in full, within 60 days or less of the campaign start date. This is the only guarantee attached to the service.
  • Where it is not, the shortfall is settled by delivering the remaining volume or by refunding it, as agreed on the order.
  • Delivery speed inside those 60 days is never guaranteed, and no fixed campaign start date is guaranteed either — the start moves with the volume in the queue. A first order for a new account runs over five days or longer as an antifraud measure.
  • No conversion rate, revenue figure or campaign outcome is promised at any point.

The full version lives on the rules page and it is the version that applies.

How a shortfall is settled

If the ordered volume has not arrived within 60 days of the campaign start date, you may claim a refund. Write to us and say so: we check the delivery record for the campaign, and the part that never arrived is settled either by delivering the remainder or by refunding it pro rata, as agreed on the order. Pro rata means the delivered visits divided by the ordered visits, subtracted from one, multiplied by what you paid. A claim is investigated before it is settled, and we reserve the right to approve or decline it.

Conditions on the destination URL

Traffic is delivered to the URL written on the order, and that page has to stay a page. While a campaign is running the destination must not:

  • open pop-ups, exit windows or any other extra window, unless pop-ups are part of the package you ordered;
  • resize the browser window, change the visitor's home page, or add itself to their bookmarks;
  • play sound or music on its own, or load a Java applet.

A destination found doing one of these has its campaign stopped. These are the conditions the network is bought under, not preferences.

If your destination is unreachable

Traffic that arrives while your URL is down, timing out or returning an error is traffic we sent and you did not receive, and it is not credited back. What you can do instead is ask in writing for the campaign to be held; it stays held until you say the destination is back, and the remaining volume runs from there.

The order is for one URL and one term

A campaign is not transferable: it cannot be resold, assigned or handed to another party. Changing the destination URL, or changing what is on it, needs our agreement in writing first — the targeting was set against the page you gave us.

Support

Support runs by email and is answered within 48 hours, weekends excluded. Write to info@web-traffic.us. Everything that changes an order is confirmed in writing, so both sides can read what was agreed rather than recall it.

Campaigns we refuse

Tech-support offers, hate content and illegal content are not accepted. A campaign found to be one of these after an order is placed is stopped.

Your side

You are responsible for the landing page, the offer behind it and its compliance with the law in every geo you target. Sending a request means the material you point traffic at is yours to advertise.

This website's content

Text, layout and graphics on these pages belong to Webtraffic USA Inc, which means: quote them with a link, and do not republish a page wholesale.

Links out

Where a page links to a site we do not run, we do not control what is on it and take no responsibility for it.

Changes

These terms can change. Orders already agreed run under the terms in force when they were agreed.
