01Refusal
Campaigns we turn down
Three categories never run on this network, whatever the budget behind them.
- R·01Tech-support offers
- No tech-support campaigns of any shape, including the ones that describe themselves as something else.
- R·02Hate content
- Nothing built to attack people over who they are.
- R·03Illegal content
- Anything unlawful in the geo it targets stays off the network.
02Guarantee
Guarantees, stated exactly
Four statements. Two of them are things we will not do, and those are the two worth reading twice.
- G·01Volume is guaranteed, within 60 days
- The number on the order is the number delivered, within 60 days or less of the campaign start date. Short of it, the gap is settled by a make-up delivery or by a refund, pro rata, for the part that never arrived.
- G·02Speed inside those 60 days is not
- No delivery rate goes in writing, and no start date is fixed either — the campaign start moves with the queue. The 60-day bound is the commitment; the pace up to it is not.
- G·03Conversions are not promised
- No conversion rate, no revenue projection, no funnel math from us. You measure the result on your own analytics.
- G·04A first order runs five days or longer
- New accounts are paced for antifraud reasons. It applies to everyone, including the ones in a hurry.
03Shortfall
If the volume falls short
The claim opens once 60 days have passed from the campaign start and the volume is still short. It is settled one of two ways, agreed on the order — and the test itself has nothing to settle.

- We keep delivering until the ordered volume is complete.
- Way twoRefund
- You get the money back pro rata for the part that never arrived. The claim is investigated before it is approved.
- The testNothing to settle
- No deposit and no prepayment on it, so walking away after it costs nothing.

Then set the geo, the niche and the volume on the form and file it. If your offer sits inside one of the three refused categories, say so now and save both of us the round trip.
