Questions people ask before the first order.
Form WT‑4 · question sheet · nine lines
Nine of them, answered without the padding. Where the honest answer is “no”, it says no.
- Q·01Do you guarantee delivery speed?
- No. We guarantee the volume on the order, and one date around it — that volume lands within 60 days or less of the campaign start. The rate inside that window never goes in writing. Anyone who guarantees you a rate as well is selling you the second promise on credit.
- Q·02What is in the risk-free test?
- 1,000 to 2,000 Premium clicks, or 3,000 to 4,000 page views with time on site. There is no deposit and no prepayment attached to it: the sample runs first, and you pay for those clicks only if you are satisfied and want the delivery to continue. If you are not, you are not charged.
- Q·03Is there any deadline at all, then?
- One, and it is the outer one: the ordered volume is delivered within 60 days or less of the campaign start date. That is the whole of the guarantee — nothing is promised about the rate inside those 60 days, and the campaign start date itself can move with how much traffic is in the queue.
- Q·04What happens if the volume falls short?
- If the volume has not arrived within 60 days of the campaign start, you may claim a refund. Undelivered volume is settled either by delivering the remainder or by refunding the part that never arrived, pro rata. A claim is investigated before it is approved.
- Q·05Why does a first order take at least five days?
- New accounts run on a five-day floor as an antifraud measure. Spreading the first delivery is how the pattern stays readable on both sides.
- Q·06Which offers do you refuse?
- Tech-support offers, hate content, and anything illegal. The list is short, it is fixed, and it is written on the rules page rather than buried in a contract.
- Q·07Which geos can you target?
- United States and international. You name the geo and the niche on the order; targeting is set by geo plus niche or interest.
- Q·08Will this convert?
- We do not promise conversions. Traffic is volume delivered under agreed targeting — what your landing page and offer do with it is your side of the work.
- Q·09What does it cost?
- Rates depend on geo, niche, model and volume, so we quote them in the reply to your request rather than posting a number that would be wrong for most orders.
